A synthetic frame of reference (sfr) is a locus of consideration, for the frame itself and other frames.

Clearly we have made many assumptions already in proposing this view, not the least of which is that the sfr is intrinsically capable of manifesting some form of "consideration".

The subject of "consideration" in this context apparently implies a combination of theory of knowledge research with artificial intelligence research (mechanics of reasoning).
