Efficiency suffers when one is following up on particular potentially lingering pediatric disorders merely to discover that the outcome has not occured.

A pediatric system with these issues in mind was researched, designed and developed in 1989, using object oriented technology.

PHCR Alpha

The preliminary PHCR Alpha version was successfully run in clinical trials, starting in 1990, in a West Edmonton hospital adjunct pediatric facility, with over 500 patients.
